Ingredients

  • 250 g Blueberries
  • 250 g Frozen raspberries
  • 400 ml Blueberry juice
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 20 g Agar-agar
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Cloves

Instructions

  • Put the fruit and juice in a saucepan. . Also add agar agar, honey and sugar and cinnamon to taste. Briefly puree or mash. Hang the cloves in a tea strainer.
  • Cook together for approx. 2 minutes according to the instructions on the packet. Pour into a bowl, let cool and chill until everything is firm.

Explanation

  • I take blueberries out of the glass and catch the juice, maybe. if you need two glasses, it depends on the amount. 20 g agar-agar are 2 bags of agartine. e.g. Dr. Oetker. Corresponds to 6 sheets of gelatine and is suitable for 1 liter of liquid. Of course, it works with other fruits too, but not with pineapple or the fruits that do not tolerate gelatine either.

Tip:

  • I made it up on my cookies. Fits very well. I also like to eat it with yogurt, if it's not already in there, like in my cold berry casserole.
