Salad plate with Veta

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 7 leaves of oak leaf lettuce, possibly more
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 50 g cheese substitute (vegan feta “Veta with chili”)
  • 1 small shallot(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp, leveled salad herbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp vinegar, of your choice
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • possibly balsamic cream
  • possibly chili flakes
  • possibly sunflower seeds or pine nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lettuce and chop the leaves slightly. Wash the tomato, remove the stem, and finely chop the tomato. Peel and dice the shallot. Dice the Veta. Arrange the salad on a large plate. Arrange the diced tomatoes, shallot, and Veta on top. For the dressing, put all the ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. If you like, you can drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar. The sweetness goes well with the slightly spicy Veta. If you prefer it spicier, you can sprinkle chili flakes over the salad. Seeds (sunflower or pine nuts) also go well with the salad.
