Salad with tuna

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • some Tabasco
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

can also be filled into tomatoes

Drain the tuna and shred it. Chop the eggs. Chop the parsley. Place everything in a bowl and add the mayonnaise, vinegar, and capers. Mix and season with salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Delicious with baguette or as a tomato filling.
