- 250 g White beans, dried
- 2 piece Spring onions fresh
- 10 leaves Sage fresh
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar, white
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Soak the beans overnight. Discard the soaking water and boil the beans until soft and drain.
- Clean the spring onion and cut into fine rings, coarsely chop the sage.
- Make a marinade from vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper and pour it over the beans. Stir in the onion rings and sage and let steep for three hours.
