Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 small jar of fish (pollock schnitzel)
- Chives, parsley

Salmon cheese
Mix everything together and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Serve with bread rolls or crackers.
