Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 1 can of crab
  • some Maggi seasoning mix no. 4
  • Butter, for the casserole dish
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 300 ml milk and water
  • 2 packs of sauce, light
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place thawed salmon fillets and crab (without the broth) in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with a little seasoning. Mix the light sauce mix with the cream, milk, and water. Pour the sauce mix over the salmon fillets. Then sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F). Serve with rice or tagliatelle and a green salad.
