Salmon fillet in an aluminum package

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 salmon fillets (frozen)
  • e.g. olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 sprigs rosemary
  • 4 sprigs of thyme
  • 4 sprigs of lavender
  • n. B. white wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Thaw the frozen salmon fillets. Tear off a sufficient amount of aluminum foil and form four small boat-shaped packages to prevent the white wine from spilling during preparation. Brush the packages with olive oil. Place one salmon fillet into each package and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Add one rosemary sprig, one thyme sprig, and one lavender sprig, and pour a splash of white wine into the package. Seal the package. Bake the packages at 200°C for 15 minutes. Serve the salmon fillets with rice or baguette.
