Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 6 tbsp oil, any
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • Sugar
  • 2 packs of herbs (salad topping)

Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the core, and dice it. Peel the cucumber or rinse it thoroughly and dice it as well. For the dressing, whisk together the water, oil, salad dressing, mustard, and sugar (to taste) and drizzle over the salad. I usually add sliced ​​spring onions and sprinkle croutons over the finished salad. It’s perfect as a side dish with anything or simply enjoy for dinner.
