Salmon fritters

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 400 g salmon fillet(s), frozen or fresh
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 dashes soy sauce
  • Dill for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

With spring onions, garlic and soy sauce

Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes and whisk the eggs until frothy. Finely chop the garlic and spring onions. Mix everything together in a bowl. Season with mustard, paprika, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Add a little flour to thicken the mixture, if necessary. Divide the mixture into 5 portions and fry on both sides in a pan with oil. Garnish the finished salmon fritters with dill.
