Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 salmon fillets, each 125 g
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season one piece of salmon fillet per person with salt and pepper, then place it on a large piece of baking paper. Top with a few wafer-thin garlic slices, two thin lime slices, and two basil leaves each. Drizzle with a few drops of olive oil and wrap the whole thing tightly, like a parcel. Staple the outer ends or tie them with kitchen string. Let stand and marinate for a while. Cook on a hot grill or in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes. Serve with a salad of your choice.
