a light touch of exoticism in a flash
Peel the bananas, halve them lengthwise if necessary, and cut them into not-too-thin slices. Cut the pineapple chunks into slightly smaller pieces. First, sauté the diced onions in a little heated oil, then add the meat, cut into bite-sized pieces, and fry briefly. Add the tomato chunks and broth. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder, and paprika powder (the latter only if the chicken breast hasn’t been marinated beforehand). Add the banana slices and pineapple chunks. Serve hot. Serve with any kind of al dente rice. It’s perfect for stressed people who need to cope with their lack of time, hunger, and good mood. However, the dish could also be prepared for a large group. The flavor isn’t too exotic, so even those who don’t like spicy banana dishes will enjoy it, as the fruit simply makes the dish more interesting, fruitier, and fresher. You can also replace the banana with pineapple altogether.
