Salmon quiche

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 4 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Line a quiche dish with the prepared puff pastry. Trim and slice the mushrooms. Heat butter and oil in a pan, fry the mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper. Dice the salmon and spread it on the puff pastry along with the coarsely chopped dill. Whisk the eggs with the sour cream, mustard, and cream and season with salt and pepper. Then pour the mixture over the mushroom and salmon mixture and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
