Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g flour
- ⅛ liter milk
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- Butter, for frying
- 2 packs of salmon
- 1 pack of cream cheese, horseradish flavor

in pancake batter with horseradish – cream cheese
Make a pancake batter from flour, milk, eggs, and salt and fry it in a pan with a little butter. (This amount will make 3 or 4 thin pancakes.) Let the pancakes cool and spread with the horseradish cream cheese. Then arrange salmon slices on top. Roll up the pancakes and chill for a while so they’re easier to handle. Finally, slice the rolls. This makes a great party portion for a buffet. If you make about half, it also goes very well on a green salad.
