Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 125 ml red wine
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • Fat for the mold
  • powdered sugar, if desired, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased bundt cake pan. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Tip: If you’re making this cake for children, use red grape juice instead of wine.
