Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 125 g salmon (Alaska pollock schnitzel)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Lovage, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the onion and garlic and mix well with the other ingredients.
