Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 125 g salmon (Alaska pollock schnitzel)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- Lovage, dried
Instructions
