Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 150 g Cabanossi
  • 1 can/n tomatoes
  • ¼ liter vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 tbsp pizza seasoning (Italian)
  • some sugar
  • 50 g spring onions
  • 25 g pepper, red and green
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onion into wedges and press the garlic through a garlic press. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms, then remove from the pan. Sauté the onions and garlic in the frying oil, slice the Cabanossi and fry briefly.
