Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp oil
- 150 g Cabanossi
- 1 can/n tomatoes
- ¼ liter vegetable broth, instant
- 1 tbsp pizza seasoning (Italian)
- some sugar
- 50 g spring onions
- 25 g pepper, red and green
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onion into wedges and press the garlic through a garlic press. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms, then remove from the pan. Sauté the onions and garlic in the frying oil, slice the Cabanossi and fry briefly. Roughly chop the tomatoes in the can with a knife and add the cabbage to the pan. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms, then remove from the pan. If you don’t have any pizza seasoning at home, mix dried marjoram, basil, thyme and oregano in a 1:1 ratio.
