Salmon with cream cheese

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese, natural or herb
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Salmon spread

Cut the salmon into thin strips or pieces and stir into the cream cheese. Finely chop the dill (frozen dill also works) and add it. The spread can be prepared a day in advance to allow it to infuse well, but it also tastes delicious freshly made on all types of bread or with potatoes. For those who don’t like dill, serve it with herb cream cheese.
