Saltimbocca tuna burger

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 4 thick rolls, rustic
  • e.g. arugula
  • e.g. tomato(s)
  • 4 slices of Parma ham
  • n. B. Sage, shredded
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 40 g yogurt
  • 50 g chili sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, and chili sauce together to make a cream and spread it on the bottom halves of the rolls. Wash the arugula and spread it on the spread halves. Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Fry the ham in a pan until crispy. Pat the tuna fillets dry, season with salt and pepper, and brush with olive oil. Heat a grill pan. Grill the fillets for about 3 minutes on each side. The center should still be pink. Season with sage after grilling. Stack the fish, tomatoes, and ham on top of the arugula. Top with the second half and serve.
