Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tangerines
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp apple juice
  • n. B. mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Drizzle the salad with apple juice and lemon juice and stir in the cinnamon. If desired, add mint leaves for a refreshing twist.
