- 10 Brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of sea salt

Wash the Brussels sprouts and cut out the stems. Then separate the individual leaves and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roast at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes, until the edges are slightly crispy. Transfer the chips to a bowl and sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.
