Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can/n tangerine(s)
- 180 g butter or margarine
- 125 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 180 g flour
- 60 g cornstarch
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Drain the mandarins. Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cornstarch and stir into the cream. Stir the mandarins into the batter. Grease the cake tin and pour in the batter. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes (Gas Mark 3-4).
