Flatten the slice of toast slightly. Spread the toast with cream cheese. Place the cooked ham on the toasted bread and tightly roll it up. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan and fry the toast roll until lightly browned on all sides. Serve the toast roll whole or cut into small slices; it’s best enjoyed warm.
