Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 slices of sandwich toast
  • 2 packs of grilled cheese
  • 50 g baby spinach, fresh
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Sauce to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the onion into rings and fry in oil until translucent. Remove the cooked onion rings from the pan and briefly fry the grilled cheese on both sides. Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes and gherkins, wash the baby spinach leaves, and let them dry thoroughly. Toast the sandwich slices and spread with sauce (e.g., ketchup, burger sauce). Arrange the spinach leaves on top. Arrange the grilled cheese in small pieces on the lettuce leaves, then arrange the onions, tomato pieces, and cucumber pieces on top.
