Sanny’s Green Spring and Summer Salad
The perfect sanny’s green spring and summer salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Piece Lettuce / iceberg lettuce
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 400 g Poultry fillet
- 100 ml. Cream fine
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 tbsp Vinegar
- Paprika powder
- Salt
- Rapeseed oil
- 4 medium sized Onion egg
- Salad herbs
- Chop up the lettuce and wash it.
- Dice the onions, fry the diced ham at a temperature that is not too high – do not roast!
- Prepare a marinade from the rapeseed oil, paprika powder, salt. Season the fillet strips in the marinade and fry them in a pan at not too high a temperature.
- Prepare a marinade from the olive oil, vinegar, cream, salad herbs and, if necessary, a dash of water. Mix all ingredients and let the salad sit for about 1 hour. If you like, sprinkle with croutons before serving.
