Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp capers, pickled
  • 3 small gherkins, sour
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp cress
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the sour cream with mustard, lemon juice, and salt. Finely chop the capers, gherkins, and cress and stir into the sour cream. Let it simmer well, then season to taste if desired.
