Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the cucumbers and place them in a bowl. Peel and chop the egg, and add it to the bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and season to taste. Let it sit in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving. Pairs well with fried fish and boiled potatoes.
