Sauerkraut burger with Nuremberg bratwurst

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 rolls
  • 16 Nuremberg bratwursts
  • 4 tsp mustard
  • 1 can sauerkraut

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fry the sausages in a pan. Then fry the sauerkraut in a pan with a little oil until it has small brown spots. Now cut the rolls open and spread with a teaspoon of mustard. Place the sausages on the rolls and spread a little sauerkraut on top. Now place the other half of the roll on top.
