Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 can sauerkraut
- some fried onions
- e.g. milk
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Fondor
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Sauerkraut, minced meat, mashed potatoes
Season the ground meat with salt, pepper, and Fondor, and fry until crumbly. This, along with the sauerkraut, forms the bottom layer of the casserole. Then boil the potatoes, mash them, and add milk, pepper, and nutmeg to make a mashed potato. This goes on top of the casserole as the second layer, and top it with some fried onions. The casserole then goes into the oven at 170°C for 45-60 minutes.
