Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

gluten-free, soy-free, egg-free, cow’s milk-free

Squeeze the sauerkraut (retain the juice; you’ll need it later), chop it finely with the olives and onion, and place it in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients and stir in the grated goat cheese. With wet hands, form 8 patties. If they feel like they’re falling apart, add a little sauerkraut juice (drink the rest). Fry in hot fat over reduced heat on both sides. Cooking time: approx. 2 x 4 pieces = 2-4 minutes per side. My own recipe.
