Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar (liquid)
- 125 ml oil
- 250 ml water
- 500 g flour
- 200g salami
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 1 class can/n sauerkraut, (300g)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Make a smooth yeast dough from yeast, salt, liquid sugar, oil, water, and flour and let it rise. Knead the salami, ham, and sauerkraut (all three ingredients chopped) into the dough. Form the dough into rolls, about 10 of which are the desired size. Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes (depending on the size of the rolls).
