Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 6 m.-sized potatoes
- 500 g smoked pork
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into approximately 1 cm cubes, and boil them in salted water for 10 minutes. Prepare the sauerkraut according to the instructions. Cut the smoked pork into approximately 1 cm cubes and fry briefly in a little oil. Add the potatoes and smoked pork to the pot with the sauerkraut and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
