Sausage and pasta pan with egg

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 4 Vienna sausages
  • 220 g vegetables (mixed vegetables), fresh or from a jar
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Margarine for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, slice the sausages, drain the vegetables, and fry both in a pan. Add the cooked, drained pasta and stir to combine. Whisk the eggs, stir in, and cook on low heat until set. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
