Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 sausages
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • some cherry tomatoes
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
  • some crème fraîche
  • 250 ml milk
  • 400 g pasta of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Lightly fry sausages in a pan. Dice onions, peppers, and tomatoes and add. Add tomato paste and fry briefly. Add milk and water as needed and simmer briefly. Finally, add the mozzarella and simmer over low heat until it has dissolved. Season with salt and pepper.
