Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g spaetzle
- 50g salami
- 250 g meat sausage
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 1 onion(s)
- 125 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Roughly dice the onion and all sausages, fry them in a pan with a little oil. Add water and let stand on the stovetop at low heat for about 30 minutes. Then add the spaetzle and stir in, then let stand on the stovetop at the same heat for another 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. This goes very well with cucumber salad and a cold beer.
