Sausage chili with noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 Vienna sausages
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 can of pizza tomatoes
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 cans of vegetables (Texas Mix)
  • some chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Slice the sausages. Peel and dice the onions. Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions until translucent, then briefly fry the sausage slices. Add the tomatoes and stock, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Drain the vegetables and add them to the sauce, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 1 minute. Season to taste with a little salt and chili. Serve the pasta with the sausage chili.
