Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g turkey meat
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- Paprika powder, sweet
- possibly basil
- possibly oregano, dried
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- oil

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
quick and easy
Wash the turkey, pat dry, and cut into approximately 2 cm cubes. Slice the zucchini and mushrooms, and slice the spring onions into rings. Heat oil in a pan and sear the meat first, then the vegetables. Deglaze with cream and let it reduce slightly. Then stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried herbs, if desired. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve with rice or spaetzle.
