Sausage goulash

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 sausages
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can/n tomatoes, pureed or pieces or
  • 4 m.-large tomato(s), fresh
  • some cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onions, slice the sausages, and fry them together. Add the tomatoes (if using fresh tomatoes, remove the skin first, if desired). Simmer for a few minutes. Add the finely chopped garlic or press it through a press. Stir in a little cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta or rice!
