Sausage goulash with leek

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 stalk(s) leeks
  • 300 g meat sausage (Lyoner)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups water
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • some cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the Lyoner sausage into cubes. Trim the leek and slice it into rings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bologna sausage in the oil. Add the leek and sauté. Add the tomato paste, spices, and water. Finally, season with cream. Serve with mashed potatoes.
