Sausage Mince Goulash

- 500 g Minced meat
- 4 Sausages
- 4 Sausages
- 3 Red Peppers
- 3 Onions
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Can Mushrooms
- 0,5 liter Vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 3 tbsp Brunch paprika-chilli
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili powder
- Hot paprika powder
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Oil
- Peel and dice the onions and garlic and fry them in oil in a saucepan until translucent, clean and dice the peppers and zucchini and add to the onions, add the minced meat, season everything with the spices, and stir-fry the minced meat until crumbly.
- Now pour in the broth, stir in the diced tomatoes, the tomato paste and the brunch, and let everything simmer over a low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Sear the sausages in a pan, cut them into slices with the sausages and place in the minced vegetable pot, add the mushrooms, bring to the boil again and serve with boiled potatoes.
