Sausage Mince Goulash

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 4 Sausages
  • 4 Sausages
  • 3 Red Peppers
  • 3 Onions
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Can Mushrooms
  • 0,5 liter Vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Brunch paprika-chilli
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Oil
  1. Peel and dice the onions and garlic and fry them in oil in a saucepan until translucent, clean and dice the peppers and zucchini and add to the onions, add the minced meat, season everything with the spices, and stir-fry the minced meat until crumbly.
  2. Now pour in the broth, stir in the diced tomatoes, the tomato paste and the brunch, and let everything simmer over a low heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Sear the sausages in a pan, cut them into slices with the sausages and place in the minced vegetable pot, add the mushrooms, bring to the boil again and serve with boiled potatoes.
