Sausage Salad with Fine Note of Wild Garlic

The perfect sausage salad with fine note of wild garlic recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the salad

  • 300 g Turkey meat sausage
  • 200 g Wild garlic cucumber
  • 2 Onions
  • 0,5 Green peppers
  • 1 Red peppers

for the vinaigrette

  • 4 el Pickled cucumber stock
  • Sugar
  • 2 el Vinegar
  • 3 el Oil
  • 2 tl Mustard medium hot
  • 1 tl Horseradish
  • 2 el Chives fresh
  • Salt
  1. Cut the meat sausage into strips, cut the cucumber into slices. Peel the onions, halve the peppers, clean and wash and cut both into strips.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette, season to taste and mix with the salad ingredients. Let it steep for about 30 minutes and serve with a baguette
