for the Kerschdscher
- 800 g Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter

- 1 kg Meat sausage in strips
- 0,5 Glass Gherkins
- 4 Hard boiled eggs
- 4 Spring onions
- 200 g Mini tomatoes
- 200 g Gouda in strips
Marinade:
- 4 tbsp Corn oil
- Pickled cucumber water
- Salt
- White milled pepper
