  • 3 bell peppers, mixed

  • 1 large cucumber(s)
  • white wine vinegar
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Peel the cucumber and onion. Trim the bell peppers. Cut the sausage, bell peppers, and cucumber into small cubes. Finely chop the onion. Mix everything in a large bowl. Season to taste with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper, and let it marinate well.
