Sausage Soup

The perfect sausage soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can Corn
  • 2 Cans Canned kidney beans
  • 1 piece Big onion
  • 8 piece Debreziner
  • 5 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 cups Sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 liter Vegetable soup
  • 2 Cans Peeled tomatoes
  • Sweet and hot paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 piece Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  1. Cut the onion into cubes and the sausage into slices and the garlic into small cubes. First roast the onion, then add the sausage and finally the garlic. Add the pitted peppers cut into strips and pour the vegetable soup on top. Rinse the corn and beans and add to the boil a little. In a bowl, chop the tomatoes briefly with a fork and also add to the saucepan. After 10 minutes of cooking, stir in the sour cream or sour cream and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
