Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, frozen
  • 3 pairs of Vienna sausages
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Halve the thawed puff pastry sheets and the wieners. Roll 1/2 of each wiener in 1/2 of the puff pastry, scoring the top. Mix egg yolk with milk and brush the rolls with it. Bake for 12 minutes. A great hit at any children’s birthday party.
