Sausages with pasta and tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 sausages (Wiener)
  • 2 packs of sauce powder (tomato)
  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, cut the Vienna sausages into bite-sized pieces. 5 minutes before the pasta is cooked, add 375 ml of water to a small pot and bring to a boil. Whisk in the sauce mix and cook for 1 minute. Stir to prevent the tomato sauce from clumping. Then add the sausage pieces and simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, drain the pasta and rinse well. Divide the pasta among plates and top with the tomato sauce and sausage pieces. Serve with a cold beer.
