Party cake with bread, cream cheese and many other delicious things

Place the ring of a springform pan on a cake plate. Remove the crusts from the white bread slices (cut lengthwise, preferably with a bread slicer, each slice about 1 cm thick) and place them close together in the cake ring to form a sealed base. For the first filling, cream the butter until fluffy and stir in the cream cheese. Chop the herbs and add them. Season with salt, pepper, and mustard. Spread the filling on the white bread base. Remove the crusts from the country bread and place them tightly in the pan, ensuring the first filling is completely covered (you can also cut them into pieces, just make sure the pieces are tightly packed together). Now prepare the second filling: Finely dice the gherkins. Briefly rinse the celery salad. Finely dice the ham and cooked ham. Mix everything together with the capers. Add the mayonnaise and cream, and stir in the weighted gelatin, which has been dissolved over low heat. Season generously with mustard, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and tomato paste. Fill the cake and spread evenly. Chill for several hours (preferably overnight). Once the cake is thoroughly chilled, loosen it from the edge with a sharp knife and carefully lift off the cake ring. Mix the horseradish cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of water until smooth and spread it all over the cake like a cream cake. Leave a little for decoration. Press the crumbled pumpernickel to the edge of the cake with your hand so that it sticks to the cream cheese. Garnish the cake with the halved salmon ham slices (rolled into cones), radish rosettes, cucumber slices, and egg slices or sixths. Finally, put the remaining cream cheese in a piping bag and pipe it into the salmon cones. My tip: You can also make the Herrentorte with just one type of bread. You can also add a layer of pumpernickel. You can also experiment with the creamy fillings as you wish, for example by adding different vegetables or meats, cheese creams or a few cubes of hard cheese to the top layer.
