Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pkt. Puff pastry, fresh, 270 g
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 small onion(s)
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 100 g grilled ham, thinly sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the dough into 6 squares. Fold the corners slightly toward the middle, then gently tuck in the sides. Finely chop the parsley. Cut the zucchini into very small cubes. Finely dice the garlic and onion. Mix everything with the crème fraîche. Season generously with salt and pepper. Spread the crème fraîche mixture in the center of the dough pieces. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, divide the ham between 3 squares and bake with them. I spread the smoked salmon on top of the finished squares and did not bake them with the dough. You can brush the squares with beaten egg yolk before baking.
