Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of savoy cabbage, sliced
  • 1 mandarin orange(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, roasted
  • 4 tbsp sour milk
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp water, milk or tangerine juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Arrange the savoy cabbage and mandarins on plates or in dessert bowls. Prepare the dressing. Mix everything together and finally sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
