Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- butter
- Sugar
- powdered sugar

Sand cake
Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, sift in the flour and cornstarch and stir, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Grease a round baking pan with butter and sprinkle with about 3 tablespoons of sugar. Pour the batter into the pan (2/3 full). Bake for 40 minutes at 160°C, let cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
