Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 m.-large cucumber(s)
- 3 large tomatoes
- 6 medium-sized eggs, hard-boiled
- 200 g cheese (Edam, Gouda etc.), sliced
- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Dinner not just for hot summer days
Let the eggs cool. Meanwhile, peel the cucumber, cut into approximately 1-centimeter-thick slices, and dice. Dice the tomatoes, cheese, and ham, finely chop the chives, and finally dice the eggs. Combine the dressing ingredients and mix with the remaining ingredients using two tablespoons. Let stand for ten minutes, then serve.
